It has been a couple of weeks and some elbow grease, with a few up grades and paint. “The Farm Rehearsal Studios” are getting back to what we do best. Providing our clients with some of the best rehearsal rooms in the Markham/Durham Region and the GTA area. Book your studio time now, space still available!

COVID-19 – The following precautions have been put in place:
- Physical distancing is recommended 2 meters when possible
- Hand Sanitizer stations have been set up
- Customers are requested to wear mask’s in all common areas.
- Studios and equipment will be wiped down daily and after each band.
- Bookings will be staggered between bands
- Cash payments are accepted, on-line payments can be done using e-transfer

Originally an old egg grading facility built over 40+ years ago, the building itself was perfect! The Rehearsal space and all its studios have all been designed by musicians and over the past 20+ years, the building has gone through many transformations. Book a session and discover one of the best facilities in York/Durham region and G.T.A.
This facility is also available to DJ’s, Photographers, videographers, private functions, corporate events, etc. Please enquire about availability and rates as well as event catering!

12 Week Build a Band Program
Rehearse. Record. Perform.
The Farm Rock (Build a Band Program) is a 12 week musical experience that you will share with other like minded people who have a passion for music and creating it. Our dedicated staff along with our professional musician mentors will navigate you through this unforgettable journey.
You will be rehearsing, playing, recording, live performances and just plain having fun in some of the best studios and stages through out the GTA.

The Living Room
‘The Living Room’ is an intimate studio, with a top notch sound system, where up to 50 people can come and enjoy an evening of pure musical vibes. It is not a restaurant or a bar so there are no distractions from the stage and performers. ‘The Living Room’ is the ideal place where performers can offer CD’s and swag, not just on the night of the performance but on an ongoing basis.
